New Festival is not a public festival. It is a private assembly of 2,400 sound-obsessed guests, curated across four nights. Passes are released in waves. Each wave closes when its seats are filled.

Food + water, on us
Three canteens open from 18:00 to 06:00 across the venue. Water refill stations on every floor.
Late transit pass
Return tickets valid on BVG S-Bahn and U-Bahn until 05:00 each night of the festival.
Safer space policy
Trained stewards on every floor. Zero tolerance for harassment. Quiet room always open.
Pay over three months.
Resident and Founder passes can be split into three equal instalments, interest-free. First instalment reserves your seat. We hold the rest until April 15 and June 01.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
Yes — transfers are free until June 01. Send us the recipient’s name and email, and we reissue in their name.
Is there a one-night pass?
No. The festival is programmed as a four-night arc and passes cover the full programme. Partial passes would break the curve.
What happens if a headliner cancels?
Line-up is provisional until May 10. If a headliner drops, we announce a replacement within 72 hours. Full refunds available for anyone who chose a ticket specifically for that artist.
Refund policy?
Full refunds until May 10, 2026. 50% until June 01. No refunds after that date — but transfers remain free until doors.
Accessibility?
All three stages are step-free. Reserved sightlines for wheelchair users. Access coordinators on-site every night. Email access@new-festival.live before booking so we can arrange.
What is the age policy?
Strictly 18+. Photo ID required at the entrance every night of the festival.
